  • Most people see great results with a series of 3 treatments spaced about 4–6 weeks apart. Your provider will recommend a personalized plan based on your concerns and the area treated.

  • We use a strong topical numbing cream before treatment, and additional numbing options are available for larger areas. Some warmth or pressure may be felt, but the treatment is generally well tolerated.

  • You may experience redness, swelling, or pinpoint marks for 3–5 days. Downtime varies depending on the area and intensity of the treatment, but most people resume daily activities within a couple of days. Avoid workouts and heat exposure for 48 hours.

  • You may notice initial skin tightening within the first few weeks, with continued improvements in firmness, texture, and contour over the next 2–3 months as new collagen forms.
